Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Brought a roo bar and lights in march 24 and was very happy. Hit a roo in may and bent this small grill and number plate holder alot. Needed a new number plate too. I thought tjm would have spare parts for these items but they don't. How stupid. They sell a roo bar but don't sell parts. Maybe they think you will buy a whole new bar if you hit a roo.
Anyway, my sales guy Jeff asked to have a look at them and he bent them back. while not 100% they were good enough to refit. He went over and above for me and he didn't even charge me. So, not happy with the tjm outback roo bar but very impressed with the service I got from Jeff at Tjm nerang. Thank you Jeff .
